At Furnified, we sell furniture and interior products online and in our stores. We are looking for a colleague who helps customers clearly and follows up on orders and complaints carefully. You will work with our Logistics and Customer Service Coordinator and have the freedom to complete cases independently.
What you will do
· You answer customer questions via tickets, email and phone and keep track of your callbacks.
· You follow up on orders, deliveries, delays and collections. After training, you will also book standard shipments with our transport partners.
· You handle complaints and returns until the solution has been implemented and the customer has been informed. You discuss complex cases with your coordinator.
· You also follow up with customers of Verdon Retail (a sub-brand focused on B2B customers) and provide aftercare for affiliate and influencer orders.
· You respond to reviews, follow up on review invitations and keep customer details and case actions accurate and up to date.
· You collect payment and billing details, prepare refund requests and provide supporting documents for disputed payments. Your coordinator oversees the financial processing.
· You contribute ideas for better work processes and help improve our digital customer service platform, Gorgias.
Who you are
· You communicate clearly and politely in Dutch, English and French.
· You work accurately, maintain an overview and consistently follow up on agreements. You are not afraid to request missing information and discuss problems in good time.
· Experience is not required. We value a healthy dose of enthusiasm, a willingness to learn and the motivation to help customers properly more. You enjoy working with digital systems.
· You handle routine cases independently and work together to find a solution for complex questions.
What you will find with us
A varied 4/5 position with direct customer contact, training and guidance from your coordinator. You will combine customer service with order follow-up and work mainly from our office: Solvynsstraat 39a, 2018 Antwerp. We will discuss your compensation package based on your profile.
