TASKS
- You are the primary point of contact for our customers. Both before the purchase, during the delivery period, and after receiving their order, you assist them as best as possible:
- You provide updates on the availability or logistical status of an order.
- You arrange solutions for issues such as transport damage or production defects.
- You answer commercial questions, for example about our products and services.
- You do this both by phone and in writing. Furnified uses a future-proof support ticketing system for the latter. Only exceptionally will you speak to a customer personally in our showroom.
SKILLS
- You master and take care of your language. You speak and write perfect Dutch. You do this fluently and completely error-free. In addition, you have a good knowledge of French and English.
- You are also digitally savvy. You can easily handle the various online tools and applications used daily in an e-commerce environment. Furthermore, you have a good knowledge of MS Office.
- You are a good listener and service-oriented. You are rather empathetic and find satisfaction in making customers happy.
- On the other hand, you are sufficiently commercial and business-minded. You never lose sight of the company guidelines in this regard and consistently adjust your service accordingly.
PROFILE
- You act and reason independently. Of course, your colleagues are happy to assist you with advice and support, but you like to provide answers and solutions yourself.
- You have a creative, flexible mind. You follow policies and protocols, but you stay alert and always think about the consequences of your actions. If you get stuck, chances are you will find a way out through imagination or even improvisation.
- You are a team player. You don’t mind picking up the slack left by a colleague – on the contrary! You know this can happen in a fast, dynamic SME environment and are prepared for it.
