What are stock sale items?
Our stock sale items are products in used condition, sometimes with slight to clearly visible imperfections: samples, showroom models, customer returns, or photo shoot items. That is why we can offer you this furniture at an extremely affordable price.
We are convinced that many of these items can still find a nice place in your interior - and you will save a lot of money!
Can the price still be negotiated?
No. Based on the condition of the products, we have attached a fair reduced price to them. These stock sale prices are final.
Can I have my purchase delivered by your transport services?
No. You are responsible for the transport of your purchase. So check in advance whether your purchase fits in your car!
Can I immediately take my purchase from the June 11 stock sale with me?
Yes, you are responsible for the transport yourself. If you are unable to take your purchase with you immediately, you can pick up the item on Wednesday 15 June from 1 to 4 pm and Saturday 18 June from 10 to 2 pm.
Is my purchase packaged?
No. Stock sale items are not packaged. You must arrange packaging and safe transport yourself.
What if my purchase does not fit in my car?
Unfortunately, transport of your purchase is your responsibility. Isn't this right? We will then consider your purchase as a revocation and will have to cancel your order.
If in doubt, do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to provide you with the correct dimensions!
Does the Pick Up Point provide helping hands?
No, our warehouse staff is only there to distribute your items. So provide enough help yourself - some items can be quite heavy and difficult to handle. Neither Furnified nor Going Objects can be held responsible for damage that may occur during the collection of your order. Always proceed with caution when loading!
Can I return or cancel my purchase?
No, stock sale items cannot be returned or revoked. Once the good has left the Pick Up Point, a return is no longer possible.
What about my transport and fuel costs?
These are for the account of the customer in any scenario, and can never be compensated by Furnified nor Going Objects - not even in the case of cancellation, whatever the reason for this may be.
What if I cannot pick up my purchase on Wednesday 15 June or Saturday 18 June? Is there a no show fee?
We will cancel purchases that are not picked up. We will refund you the amount with a reduction of 30% in administrative costs (with a minimum of €50.00).
After all, preparing and processing your order takes a lot of time. Moreover, it would be a great pity that a popular item is unnecessarily reserved, so that other interested buyers miss their chance.
Is there a warranty on the stock sale items?
No. There is no guarantee on our second chance items and the stock sale items.
Can I use my gift card in this stock sale?
No. Gift cards issued by Furnified of Going Objects cannot be used to purchase stock sale items.
